bit of a wait but staff are lovely and drinks are good too! i recommend the blueberry muffin.

Big seating area inside and out. Toilet on site. Quite a big queue for both paying and getting coffee. New M&S food offering a good range of options for lunch

Half the staff seemed very nice and helpful, half seemed to not want to be there. Something dodgy going on in the toilets with shady characters coming and going without buying anything. Nice space though. Standard retail park Costas

Coffee and service great but the unclean surroundings let it down badly. Toilet is disgusting and no loo paper. Floors, cups, and trays dirty. Bases of tables and window ledges need a deep clean.

I visited for coffee and bacon bap last week. No sandwiches or baps at all on offer. Only sweet cakes etc. VERY disappointed ☹️. Explanation was that supplies disrupted, online ordering not working? Toilet out of order, so used staff toilet -- no soap (how are staff washing their hands?), hygiene bin full and overflowing, generally grubby. This outlet is letting Costa down.

Visited mid-week around lunchtime and was served by a man whose name tag said George. There were 2 other employees stood having a chat while George seemed to be doing everything. Despite this he was polite, cheerful and chatty. Made my Costa experience 10 times better.

Clean establishment with friendly staff. Cakes are quite pricey as expected from this franchise. Nice comfy seating indoors with the option of sitting outside. The drive through option makes it attractive especially if you are pushed for time at lunch or break times. The only downfall is the limited parking availability if you want to stop and go in. I was fortunate to find some someone leaving, otherwise I'd have had to use the drugs through option.
