Starbucks Coffee

This is one of the best in England. They take many forms of payment and have the most comfy chairs I have seen in a Starbucks.

One star for the service.
One male and one female staff behind the coffee machine lost my order. After I received my husband's coffee, waiting for mine, they made four more coffee for the others while I was still standing next to them waiting, they completely ignored my presence. I asked the other staff for my order, she told them about it, they said they did not have it. Eventually, they made it, and carried on serving other people until I asked again. The coffee was given to me without apology or any facial expressions of sorry. The female coffee making staff next to him even gave me a hostile look. How horrible experience was that on Sunday morning in Starbucks for breakfast! These two totally destroyed their staff' effort to make their customers accommodated and serviced. What a shame!

Always a friendly place to go. The staff are great and are always busy yet they still work their way through with acceptable time keeping the service and the experience on a good note.

Bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the premise. The table that I chose was sticky so moved to another with the same effect. When I sat down to drink my coffee I was joined by the most annoying fly and this was not the first time I had experience blue bottle company. The service was good and the quality of my beverage was top notch.

It's a Starbucks and a nice one. Staff nice. Could do with more seats.

Visited whitely Starbucks for the first time yesterday and purchased usual- egg sandwich and flat white. I requested for my sandwich to be lightly warmed/toasted to which it was denied and he added that sandwiches are not allowed to be heated ?!

This is shocking to me as all other visits to Starbucks I have always had my egg sandwich toasted. Shocked.

Lastly, the flat white was not hot at all.

Update: I’m not to sure if there’s been a change to management but it’s going down hill quick. Grubby, slow service, poor customer service, horrible/ burnt coffee taste.

Original: Great food and drink selection (veggie/ vegan). New Cheesecake Frappuccino’s are amazing. Clean, friendly and quick service. Big store with outdoor seating and it’s dog friendly.

Awesome starbucks where the barista's know how to make a fantastic coffee. I've tried all the specials, along with the standard brews, and they're almost always perfect. Not to mention at the moment (Feb 21) they've got a little friend hanging around.
