Costa New Barnet

We stumble into this Costa by accident but we were happily surprised.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and the shop was clean and tidy. The food display was spotless.
Will definitely visit again.

Rude barrista. Had to wait for 20 minutes for them to finish some gossip meeting so I could finally be served.

Appalling rude employee swearing at customers and putting her finger up never seen anything like it ever !
Stephania was extremely rude i be ashamed to have such an employee or bring up someone with such manners . The manager or some other employee there was not helpful either
Avoid the place

The place is super clean and tidy, they have made changes to seating due to COVID. There are limited seating spaces but the shop is also small. The barista that served me was very lovely, approach and overall a good human being. I wish I caught her name. Had a really good experience here.

Friendly staff, shame about the recent new policies introduced by Costa, that is a 20p increase on drinks as well as the removal of the discount on reusable cups. Looks like Costa has decided to charge customers as to increase their employees` (dismal) pay, rather than taking a chunk off their profits. So what`s next, charging customers to enter your premises? There's also a unsteady quality of service, having had to ask to re-make the drinks more than once....
