Costa Coffee Fareham 2

Really impressed with this branch of Costa. Probably the best I've been to. Really clean, friendly staff, attentive service and good after care - checking everything was OK. Credit to the two members of staff who were in there Saturday 1740.

Visited Costa Coffee Fareham, Cremer Mall, at 9:30am on a Saturday morning. Only one member of staff was on duty and she was polite, friendly and efficient. The store was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday morning. The two of us were the only people sitting inside the spacious premises and only four other customers sat outside. Just as well because the poor girl on her own would not have been able to cope if busier. Whilst we were there, several people came in for take away orders and because the girl was on her own, it took a while to be served. Two lads were impatient and left. Clean loo and main area, plenty of treats/food and choices of beverages. On the whole a good experience.

Who makes a Frappe for a customer and hands it to them with it covered in Mango sauce and cream with no effort to clean it to prevent the customer getting covered! Barista clearly didn't want to be there. Terrible service.

I was served by Ellie today ,black hair ,she was pretty young ,she had excellent customer services,and was very fast and efficient with her work and very friendly.

2 young girls on duty who seemed more interested in chatting to eachother than doing their jobs. Had to interrupt them to actually place my order even though I was literally the only person there and then had to interrupt them to finish my order. The lady then got my order wrong and then got shirty about it, even though she put the right thing through the till! I also ordered a glass of water as it was hot and this never transpired. Maybe the manager of this shop needs to consider supervising younger members of staff

Again a couple of young girls standing around who didn't listen to the order. I had to ask for cream on the seasonal gingerbread latte and ask for the biscuit. Left and opened the cup......no cream!!
