Starbucks

Well, go figure it out. See the photos. Service is as good as cleanliness. Drinks made in a hurry. Baristas don’t show any interest in customers and coffee making. It seems that talking about their personal life on duty is more important. Worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Being the only one close to the hotel, I had no other choice.

It's ok if you just want to have a quick drink but you'd better not use the toilets because they are disgusting. The chairs and tables are dirty. We had our drinks in there and got the drinks in take away cups at a higher price.

Friendly, helpful staff despite being very busy with drive through customers. Not overly clean with tables needing wiping and floor needing sweeping but the friendly atmosphere made up for it. Coffee adequate. No objection to us bringing in the burger that we bought next door.

Wow - what an improvement! It’s really noticeable that this branch has had a change in management - no more inappropriate chats and the customer service has dramatically improved. The new manager is welcoming, friendly and clearly very hardworking - we really hope it filters through to the rest of the team - early indications are very promising! Well done to Starbucks and to the new manager for making the necessary changes!

This is the best Starbucks for customer service. I was served by a lovely lady called Niki big shout out to you and she always wishes me a lovely day. She is always so friendly in the drive thru and is always happy to make conversation with you.

The worst coffee experience ever!! Spot the difference between the "Latte" and the "Cappuccino". Both very poorly made as you can see and nearly £10 for this insult! A complete joke. Starbucks bosses, get you act together and train you staff properly to become skilled barristas

Basic but nice, nothing special. One stand out is the lady behind the counter advised I could have one of the Christmas coffee syrups in my hot chocolate instead of the one seasonal flavour they had as I didn't like it. Very helpful indeed and it was a lovely hot chocolate.

Only giving 1 star to warn customers. I was a Starbucks customer on my way home from the airport. I have never experienced such a terrible situation. After a month I got a leaf with a fine for parking. Even though I was in the Starbucks parking lot for about half an hour, I was paying for my drink. Then I went to use the toilet at McDonalds because they were closed here. Even though I asked the staff of Starbucks on site if I had to pay for parking, they said it was free. I wrote several e-mails but none of the staff deigned to answer any of them. They totally let me down.
How can you take advantage of your customers?! What opinions do you give yourself?! How can you do that ?! This is kind of absurd!!
