Great Customer service, the location is within the shopping area, nearby the Bank Halifax. There is a relaxed, warm friendly atmosphere, with a good selection of pastries, snacks, and several coffee products.

Caffe Nero in Canterbury offers some of the best coffee options.in town. Usual selection of drinks, snacks and pastries. Service is great, this branch is spacious and I've always found somewhere comfortable to sit.

Usually go here for a coffee when I'm in town. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and the coffee is usually pretty good, I have recently had a bad experience where I bought an Oat Milk latte at £3.60, took a sip, scolding hot, burnt my tounge and then let it cool for about 10 minutes. The 10 minutes pass, the oat milk is burnt- it had that weird taste to it, overall disappointed this time. I could 100% do better at home but when out shopping I'll aim to stick to a Barista I'm familiar with. :-)

Not too busy in mid morning. Coffee was beautifully hot (coffees bought out are not always!). Served quickly and efficiently.

Nice Cafe, Pretty much you standard chain, Prices aren't terrible, staff are relatively fast, very respectful. food is nice although one roll wasn't very wa where as the rest where hot., toilets could do with an overhaul as they are not the nicest.

A nice decent Caffè Nero, easy to get to and good service. It has a good seating area and outdoor seating for warmer days.
The coffee taste good especially the Brazil roast which is extra but worth trying and the food looks fresh. Highly recommend!

The two stars are firstly for the good tasting mocha and secondly for the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately that's about all that was good. You may say that should be enough but the reason for the negativity is we queued for 20 minutes before getting to order our drinks, only to informed they were unable to serve the Christmas Special Black Forest Mocha (the whole reason we went there) as they did not have some of the ingredients, despite it only just going on sale recently. We had actually gone to the other Nero in Canterbury first, which had an equally long queue, only to find out they didn't have cream. I think Nero have to do something about their suppliers and speed at which they can serve customers as not many people will hang around as long as we did for a 2nd choice drink.

I visited this Cafe Nero today to have hot drinks and lunch with my parents. The service was very slow, we had to remove the previous customers plates and cups, and then were handed cleaning spray and blue paper towel to clean our own table. There was plenty of staff but not many looked like they were actually doing anything. I was handed dirty cutlery and when I went to ask for clean cutlery, I then had to wait again only to be handed another set of dirty cutlery. I think I queued for 20 minutes. Very disappointed with service and cleanliness of this Cafe Nero. I will not be returning.
