Costa Coffee

Enjoy a Costa coffee normally and at this location not today outside was a mess not one clean table no one can outside to tidy up once training on till polite and friendly but did not know the product friendly guy making the coffee his ..looked short staffed as inside tables were not tidy either

I consider it the worst customer service experience in my life. I have to admit that I am truly disappointed and I don't feel like returning to that store ever again, as it is not the customer service I would expect from my favourite coffee company. I spoke to my friends, and they said that they also avoiding this Wandsworth branch as the staff there is discourteous.

I went to visit this coffee shop today.
The chocolate was good, but the service was terrible and slow! There were three unhappy barista serving and I had about 4 people in the queue before me with very simple orders. Well, I waited 20 minutes to be served!

For a not "sweet drinker" I was disappointed when I had a sip of my Soy Coffee Latte.... found out that they were using the Alpro Barista Milks.... I think Costa Coffee should have options for unsweetened milks as well, because even an unsweetened Soy milk is already sweet enough....

If i can give 0 stars i will. Not professional at all. very very poor service. no manners in serving customers and very slow. The girl working there was totally rude and acted in a very unprofessional way.She may have personal problems caring them at work. I won t be coming here no more. they should their staff how to behave with customer.
