Starbucks Coffee

I ordered the new iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso and I was shocked by the way it came, I heavily regret not taking a photo! Not sure if they actually train their employees because my “shaken” drink came with three separate layers. Syrup at the bottom, oat milk in the middle and then coffee on top! I have no idea how an employee looks at a drink like that and think’s it’s okay to serve to a paying customer. I ended up throwing a substantial amount of the drink away because it was just a mess, I went to order an iced chai latte instead thinking that’s something they couldn’t mess up. As I hovered my phone over the card machine to pay the man proceeds to tell me that they have no cow’s milk, I took that as my sign to leave and left promptly…

Theirs two separate seating areas, I tend to go in the second room, much more room and space to sit and enjoy coffee, I had the salted pretzel hot chocolate and salted caramel brownie. Staff kept the areas clean and tidy.

Could not get in car park was full and nowhere else to park.

Love a good Starbucks. Have my usual blonde roast oat milk flat white.

Very nice shop, good seat to people ratio and specifically Angela is amazing! Shes very kind and always seems in a happy mood although she seems to be on shift by herself :(

After a nice long swim, nothing beats a frapacchio with friends, the staff are friendly with a happy demeanour. Even if you just happen to be going to Bournemouth hospital you can access the Starbucks in the village.
