This was an excellent Starbucks , very well made flat white and attractive selection of cakes on offer . Staff were very friendly so excellent customer service

I went in for a latte on a Sunday morning I was refused service because I didn't have the correct change and I was asked to pay by a card which I didn't have. I only had cash. they had no money in the till you had to buy with the correct change or else no service. Absolutely disgraceful I had to walk out and go to pret manger.

Have to buy something to use the toilet which is kinda annoying

The new staff Jamie is really nice, good looking and always smile to me. Truly touched.
