Caffè Nero

Lovely staff. Cake freshness is almost a "lucky shot", some days good, others not so much. Toilet was dirty.

Great coffee. Would be nice if they actually opened on time with all the tables outside instead of being all stacked up inside. Two of the staff shouldn't be in the hospitality business. The staff that are sent there to help are very friendly.

The Festive Black Forest mocha is delicious. The person who served us with the piercings is truly the most helpful, polite, person with the most excellent customer service. I wish I could have seen a name badge to email head office to say so!

Star only awarded as its not possible to leave none. I did not stop for coffee on this occasion. Having gone first to use the toilets I was horrified at how grubby was the floor and staircase leading to the facilities. The toilet room itself was even worse, with a puddle of water around the actual toilet, possibly a leak. I left. If this is the standard of hygiene through the cafe I did not want to risk eating or drinking there.

This is my favourite place to have a coffee or something to eat. In Sutton, staff very kind and quick serving. I had a vanilla soya latte and it was perfect. The place is very clean and the location is good for transports and shops.

Nice coffee. Good ambience....only from outside....they need to focus of keeping the shop clean, upgrading the furniture....looks dated and dirty.....strong smell ...mix of old milk, full bin bags, and oil.....just go to Starbucks across the street....very clean and fresh...the moment u enter u feel like ur r in a cosy environment.....

I would love this and the other Neros to feel less grubby and for the coffee to taste a bit sweeter

Staff are great and always have been, but post covid the shops all feel like they could do with a clean and get someone to do inside the windows too

Nice atmosphere - good coffee but the place is very dirty, floor is covered in dirt and not maintained and there are coffee stains all over the tables, walls and chairs
Toilets are scary...
