I asked for a strawberry frappe with extra sauce..................instead they gave me basically blended milk............... its not hard to follow instructions for a drink. If you cant even understand an order request that I suggest this role is not for you

Although the place is a bit dated and the toilets needs a good clean. The Chinese food and services is first class. Best dish is lobster with noodles.

Some drinks good, some drinks not. Too expensive, but love the tomato, cheese and pesto panini. Just don't love the price. A drink my friend got made her unwell. Toilets didn't have soap. Nice atmosphere, but too busy.

Horrendous!!!
No hand sanitiser
Toilets out of order
Take away cups only
Cobwebs and dirt all around the shop

One female member of staff too busy on her mobile phone to see I was stood there as the drink she had served me was wrong.

Seriously this Costa needs sorting and quick.
Feel sorry for some of the staff as it seems under staffed

I won't be rushing back. Service levels have declined steeply lately at this branch. Very slow on the previous 2 visits and today, having bought a coffee 15 mins before closing time and having only just started it, I was told very abruptly 'you need to leave now, we're closed'. No previous warning, please, sorry or thanks. I expect better from Costa.

Woefully slow service. I appreciate there are staff in training, but they are turning away deliveries, asking drivers to cancel orders, while making customers in store wait 15-20mins for a coffee.

You're lucky if the order is correct when it arrives too.

The cherry on top is that one member of staff's significant other was invited back behind the counter to make his own drink. Against policy I am sure...

Weve visited this place maybe 8 times over the last 5 years. On half of these occaisions the toilet was out of order. Even today the staff had to use the railway station one, which is appalling. However the hand sanitizer had run out and the tables hadnt been wiped despite the fact only three tables were taken over the hour and a half I was there. Hardly busy.
Coffee was good as usual, but I am surprised this branch has not improved over five years! ( its enroute to family so we pop in regularly)
