Oct’22 I’ve just revisited this location and it is reopened and the whole store has been refitted/decorated . I thought it looks really good.

March’ 22. When I visited, the staff supper friendly. The interior could use an update but know that budgets are tight with the current state of the world.

Nice local branch. They just had a new refit so looks great, however they have reduced their selection of sandwich's and croissant with mushroom and cheese is always out of stock. Staff looked overwhelmed in understanding orders etc. While I was there and ordered my drink, although not very busy the 3 drink orders in front of me were all wrong, one lady asked for no cream due to allergy and staff didn't follow what she requested. My order was also incorrect. It will help if better management and training for staff is provided. Also important if perhaps they hire staff that can communicate better. Although staff were trying their best, they did not speak english fluently and that might be one reason why so many orders were incorrect.

Really friendly staff. Somehow incredibly slow - be prepared to wait a long long time. Not sure whether they are understaffed, not trained or have complex systems and processes. It needs to be addressed especially with it being such a nicely newly renovated location now.

Feels like a motorway service station, stark, echo’s and generally unwelcoming (and grubby). It has been refurbished since I was here last but, in my view, they have failed to improve it. Better off going to one of the many independents along the same street.

Horrendously noisy, full of screaming kids and mums that are clearly deaf to the din.
If you want a coffee and somewhere to relax avoid.
And the bathrooms are disgusting.

Had the ham and cheese toastie for lunch. Taste was really nice but the cheese had melted all inside the bag. Bit of a let down, but easily overlooked.

I have visited this Starbucks a few days ago. It was refurbished and I wanted to see how is the new look from inside. The press button for wheelchair was not working, someone had to help me to get in. 👎 I ordered my coffee very quickly and everyone were friendly with good customer service. Once I have found a place to seat, I could not hear my child as very noisy and as one of the reviewers said very echoing. what I hate the most is the smell of coffee on my clothes when I leave the place, they should open the door sometimes just to have fresh air.
