Costa Coffee

What a lovely coffee and also lovely stuff, especially the girl that served me and make my coffee, very nice and polite, for sure I'll come back again soon. Well deserved five 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I visited this Costa branch on Monday with my mum, and we both received such friendly service from Zainab!!! She really is so very friendly and bubbly, and lovely to talk to!!! She made our Costa experience all the more enjoyable! The lattees and toasties were very nice too 😋 . All in all, a very pleasant visit indeed! 👌😁

Short Staffed (Saturday visit),
Long Queue
Lack of stock e.g.no ice, drinks, small coffee cupals etc.
Unclean with drinks and broken glass on the floor; dangerous as opposite a kids playing area.
Real effort needed as current experience is very negative.

I met a lovely barista Zainab who was very friendly and very kind. Although it was closing time, she gave us service with a smile and made every effort to perfect our hot drink orders, despite Costa running out of cream yesterday. Would definitely love to be served by Zainab again at the Ilford branch.

Amazing service received this morning by the girls Zainab and evanthia! Even though it was soo busy they maintained their professionalism and beautiful smiles. They were such a pleasure to be served by and will definitely be returning again!

Very slow service, staff arguing with each other. Filthy counter, filthy tables, rubbish not cleared away. Staff can't seem to work together.

Gabriela in Ilford Exchange has a fantastic people skills. She is very helpful and always smiling. I love being served by her. She is very fast in serving coffee and I feel she is an asset to costa.
