Very disappointed today with the service, usually we come here for a coffee

The toast wasn't toasted as per my request both sides

I gone there one more time, after my above incident my flat white was almost throwing at me, badly brewed and served for flat white it should be served with care and presented with your signature logo as promised

Please have a look below at the picture, I took it back, asked for full refund and i promise you i will never come back again, as they are better Costa's around the area, better trained staff

Shame on you, never use your Costa again,

Another decent Costa. What's not to like about Costa coffee! The £4.95 meal deal after 11am is great ☕🍰

Enjoyed the environment, good service & would definitely visit again.
Enjoyed a large coffee, some biscuits and a toastie. Food tasted good, just the standard you come to expect from Costa coffee.
I would recommend this store if you're in the area.
Update: Most recent visit was great

It is always very good service here. Staff are very friendly. Very quiet when we visited so we were surprised to find that the table and chairs where we selected to sit did not appear to have been cleaned, crumbs in the chairs and crumbs and sticky marks on the table. Other than this, this is still our first choice of Costa.

Love a good costa, great selection of coffee and cake. staff very helpful, covid barriers up to protect the staff. works well. nice to see the toilet open also. nice outside seating, when its not raining.

The big, short haired, tattooed lady got bolshy and flippent with me because I'd handed her a recently used thermal flask mug that I'd asked to be filled instead of disposable. I asked if it could be rinsed out as I'd done several times in the past, but she expressed rather petulantly and aggressively that "its like me having my mouth all around the lid of a cup and handing it to you during Covid". She then proceeded tap loudly and flip a few coffee cup lids around like a child throwing a tantrum and as such, I needed to remind her about my second drink, that she'd forgotten to make because she was too busy losing her temper.

She should instead get a job in a building site if she can't control her hormones. It's not professional, it's certainly not what I'd expect from a customer facing employee and I didn't appreciate the attitude.

Admittedly, sometimes we forget about Covid and try to live life as it was before. I would have been happy enough with words to the effect of "sorry, but due to Covid, it's our policy not to refill unwashed cups". Won't be going back as long as these unfriendly, impolite staff remain. I'll use a different Costa.
