Starbucks Coffee

Do not go there if you are with a kid or partner however, the toilet is disgusting, very dirty so you expect to clean it by yourself.
It’s only one toilet for ladies so I have no idea where men can use the toilet.

The coffee is normal & the sandwiches are over the price.

It has poor decorations inside with no sight, window or ventilation except if you set near the glass in front of the shop so you can have a better view etc.

I have no idea why they take your name and stick it on the cup.

Understaffed and dont know what they’re doing. Forgot about my order, gave my food in a non-assembled box and i was lucky it didnt fall through as i walked away. We pay extra for the Starbucks “experience” and good service but this was not the case. Took me over 20 mins to get a coffee and croissant because a staff member forgot about the food. Drinks were quick and staff member doing the drinks was lovely, but the one in charge of food must have been new and forgot it. I was late to work due to the slow service, had to ask again to be even reminded. Not sure I would ever come back, despise being a Starbucks client. There are other local places around that would give better price and service!

Relaxed there with coffee and biscuits served on paper (not sure what had happened to the china!). It was perfectly nice, with friendly service. They don't have very much seating, and the emphasis seems to be on take-away.

My first ever Starbucks (not really a restaurant type of person) but rather enjoyed it! The waiter was super polite and recommended me one of her top favourites. Not local to the area so probably won't be back but thank you for your service.

ordered a late, when it was made no name nor the coffee type was called out, so I was waiting for my coffee while my coffee was getting cold on the counter

First time coming to a Starbucks and ordering was with this particular store. Staff were not as smiley or approachable compared to other Starbucks I later went to. It initially felt like they didn’t acknowledge us. Too much ice in one of my drinks too.

Went in for a snack and a bottle of water and i usually check the expiry date, but i didn't straight away and i had to turn back to show it to the guy.... Anyway he reaction was like it was something normal... The fruit bar was 2 weeks expired!!!

Only person waiting to be served took around a good 6 minutes for them to acknowledge me as they were too busy with online orders it seem. I Would of been happy to wait if I had some sort of acknowledgement from them to say 'I'll be with you shortly'. 3 other people came after and same thing happened to them. Pret next door was packed, Starbucks was dead now I know why.
