Starbucks Coffee

Although my heart will always belong to local, small cafes and coffee shops Starbucks is a great place to stop by to grab a coffee to go. Personally their seasonal peppermint hot chocolate or mocha is the best way to start off a rainy winters morning! Although I’ve never had their plain hot coffee, Starbucks’ teas never fail to disappoint. Hot or cold, blended or normal, Starbucks serves a variety of different drinks for any tea or coffee lover.

Awful, met with no greeting what so ever. No que and staff were leant on the till looking at me with gormless expressions. Server proceeded to use her phone while making my order. Take away cups were basically empty were the milk was all froth. Dissatisfied. Would not give the my money. Avoid.

The guys here made my parakeet the bird version of a pup cup, very sweet, good customer service. Kermit likes his seeds! Excuse his mess!

Update: Starbucks app said they were open at 7am and let me order enroute, I turned up a couple of minutes later and all the lights were off and the hours on the door said they actually open at 8am not 7. Luckily the Starbucks at White Lion Walk were open and willing to honour my order.

Very weak coffee bought as a Starbuks filter but obviously a 'wash through'. Service delayed over 5 mins as clearly no new filter bag was used. Obviously this branch unwilling to serve the main staple when demand is slight. Offered an americano in recompense but I declined as I prefer their 'Pike Place' style filtered.

Excellent and very friendly service, fast and outstanding overall. Sadly didn't pick the name of the staff member serving us, but he seemed to have "Korn" on his name tag.

I very much enjoyed my visit to this Starbucks when I was visiting Guildford. They had the new Gluten Free Panini's which was exciting and it was very delicious. Unfortunately they were out of Peach Iced Tea which was a shame but overall worked well for a quick easy lunch.
