Starbucks Coffee

Bought 2 coffee and sat in front of the cashier guy for 1.5 hours. When one of us wanted to use the toilet the same guy asked if we had bought anything, fair enough that he was blinded in not seeing us right in front of him. Then only to realise that some stranger walks into the toilet with his own key and attempts to go in while its busy, when confronted the same guy at the cashier he played dumb and offered a stupid reason. This employee is a disgrace to Starbucks. Will lodge a formal complaint about this incident.

Nice coffee, but man this place is filthy!

The floor workers were standing on a filthy carpet. Lost my appetite 😒

Was there today 10/10/22 around 12.30 there was a tall guy at the till, beard and man bun. He was so rude, no sense of customer service whatsoever no hello or thank you, he literally said "WHAT YOU WANT!" Starbucks can please be careful when you hire staff this guy is literally giving you a bad name. Absolutely atrocious! Gave me a lukewarm cup of coffee, won't be back!

I’m not a coffee fan, but I fancied a one yesterday. The guy with long hair, who served me was really cool, helped me choose, took his time because I didn’t know what to get.

Today I went in to your branch in ILFORD high street and asked if I could use the toilet desperately. I am 6 months pregnant. The Asian man behind the counter said no you can’t. I said I was pregnant and I would get a drink after.
He said no. It’s blocked darling and laughed in my face.
I ended up disgracing myself in the street whilst the staff all laughed at me!!
I am so upset and embarrassed and would like to make a complaint to head office. The senior management.

I have depression and anxiety too and this was the worst situation I’ve ever been in.

I will make sure everyone I know makes sure they know what happened.

Not the cleanest and I was given a plant based sandwich when informing them what I could have that's gluten and dairy free. Allergy policy needs to be more strict and staff need training on what gluten is. They just stood and stared at each other in silence when I said wheat. They need food safety training if selling food, not sure how they can not know what's in the food or what basic allergies are. Hope someone doesn't sue them due to a stupid mistake!

Dirty and messy. When asked about toilet and washing hands facilities. I was told by Liam, the manager they were all out of order. I asked if the restaurant should be open. He didn’t care. I am now going to report it to the hygiene standards agency.
