Play Hayes

VERY small. See picture. The whole play area is roughly about 5×6m. Kids will get bored quickly. Cafe area it's nice.

Very small. Nephew of 2 got bored really quickly Freezing cold, heating wasn't on or wasn't working. £3.70 per child.
Floor everywhere was dirty. Soft play balls seemed dirty there were crisps in amongst the area. Toilet and around the sink was dirty. First thing Monday you'd expect it to be clean. Nowhere to park nearby. Paid over £7 for 2 toddlers to feel cold and dirty for less than an hour, felt we had to go it was so horrid. Never going again.

Horrid place. The staff doesn’t speak or understand what you say or order. It takes ages to bring their food that is not fresh either. The play area itself is tiny and no rules are respected. It’s written that for hygienic reasons socks should be worn, but half of children are with no socks and no one cares. There are adults playing as well, although it’s written that there are age and height restrictions- not specific though, and again no staff members checks. The place in general is very dirty - after an hour of staying there my kids’ socks were almost black on their soles. And to add to every horrid experience the music there is deafening- I asked to lower the volume a bit and the member of staff told that there’s a party. You can’t hear the person who’s sitting next to you, and I got such a head and ear aches that I’m in no way is coming back there. Very disappointed and don’t recommend if you want to have fun and relaxing play day.

The place could be cleaner. Walls, floor and playing balls were dirty.
But it is more about people attending the place. Lets be honest, - Hayes is not the best place in the area, so you could expect people from all backgrounds with low morale principles and without general understanding of how to behave in society attending the venue. Adults walked in their shoes in the playing area, and when I pointed on that they genuinely did not understand my concerns. Some kids were totally uncontrollable jumping on and pushing other kids while their parents thought it was totally acceptable. Needless to say that the place must be age restricted. It is not safe at all when a 7-9 year lunatic jumps next to 16 months babe.
Unfortunately, the place is another example of terrible management.

My son loves this place yes it’s abit small but it has no time limit how long you can stay for so you can say for hours n let you kids run around and play with other kids . I do think they’d get more customers if the customer had a chose where to buy food n drink Or not like they can bring there kids drinks n fruits

Good for kids parties. It has also got an air conditioning and clean toilets.

I wouldn’t even put one star if there was an option. The service was awful it was -2 outside and there was no heating. The lady was never there, whenever we needed her help with something for our child’s birthday party. Don’t book this place it’s a waste of money!

Nice place, you can relax and have a coffee while your little ones are playing, place is clean, staff is helpful and price is good…I really like it and recommend to everyone
