Nice Cappuccino!!! Great place, clean and safe. Staff very friendly and always smiley girls. Always make me feel welcome. Nice panini and pastries. Always satisfied with my breakfast! Highly recommended!!!

Even with Covd-19 procedure in place it's still good to chill here for a coffee break! You have to take away, but some of the same friendly staff are still there, you just have go out into the Street again. No inside seating.
All re-opened normally again. So I pop in often. I'm not sure what I will do when the new price rises come in.

As a former waitress I feel I have some insight into this type of establishment. Unfortunately the service was very poor. It took a very long time to receive my order, and part of the reason was because they had forgotten it! The staff were incredibly slow and unapologetic for forgetting my order.
Really unhappy.

Every free table there had used cups on, the breakfast burrito I ordered and asked to be heated was ice cold in the center and for its price it could have at least been warm as it tasted awful. Maybe passable in a rush but would recommend almost any other coffee shop nearby.

Couldn't get a proper coffee at the Cross stitch show so managed to find a good seat in the wood green Costa.
Lovely!

Absolutely atrocious order made and forgotten about. Need to stop taking orders and allow time to catch up avoid at all costs. Latte when it did arrive half full.

This Costa was chaotic when I went in, I feel sorry for the staff who all seem rushed off their feet, and while I was there a man brazenly shoplifted loads of food and kept piling products into his bag even when a member of staff asked him what he was doing. Agree with others, the person on the tills keeps taking orders but the barista staff can't keep up with them and creates a massive backlog.
