Starbucks Coffee

Fantastic Starbucks conveniently located at the ExCel and offering great service, seating both inside and outside as well as the usual great selection of Coffees, cakes, snacks etc. Staff are friendly and plentiful and will try and get you the drink as quickly as possible - even if its very full and busy.

We stopped off here on our way to out a meeting after having alighted along the route to not find a decent coffee shop so very happy to have found it and will be returning again.

My second time visiting this particular Starbucks, and the service remains quite good. Unfortunately I couldn't get anything to eat as they had run out of most of their items but overall a good experience. The place is quite spacious and kept clean at all times. Located literally next to the Excel station, it's an amazing location to visit

Popped in for an iced coffee and asked for an iPhone charger for a few minutes. Staff was polite and friendly, gave me the charger too. Although I usually skip Starbucks and choose small coffee shops, this time it was overall better than expected!

Tried to charge me extra for plastic cups, told me it's for the environment although not all drinks have this extra charge. Also the staff can't seems to do simple addition/counting, made mistakes couple of times before getting the bill right. Don't think I ll ever come back to Starbucks again. Jesus what a mess Starbucks, glad they are leaving UK good bye and dont come back.

Super coooool Starbucks branch. Many charging boxes are attractive to work and stay here. All staffs are fast and kind.

Really disappointed.
No opportunity for normal cups, only disposable, which is incredibly wasteful.
No vegan cream.
Drink itself was fine, but didn't have time to make requests as was rushed through.
One member of staff we dealt with was very nice, second was rude and ruined the experience.

My frappucino has been put in a broken cup and while they promised to replace it, they gave the replacement to someone else. Only when i came and checked explicitly for my frappucino they started to make yet another one from scratch. 20minutes of wait for a single drink, unthinkable.

My favourite Starbucks is this one!!! Amazing customer service, the staff is always so polite and friendly, you can have a nice chat while your delicious drink is prepared, the manager is working next to his employees which is rare and impressive!!!!!
