Costa Coffee

It was my birthday 🎂 Costa gave me a voucher for a free slice of cake. I also had a white hot chocolate too much cream on top though I like to see what I am drinking cake 🍰 was very nice the shop was busy and the seats outside were all taken a pleasant way to start Saturday morning before shopping

Really busy with a long queue when I visited but staff are so hard working and keep a smile on their faces. Coffee is always good.

ENCOURAGES HER FRIEND TO SKIP THE QUEUE OF 10 TO SERVE RATHER THAN WAITING CUSTOMERS!
EVERYONE WALKED OUT OF THE STORE AFTER THIS POOR SERVICES.

ITS NO WONDER GREAT ESTABLISHMENTS ARE BEING LET DOWN BY POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS

I went there twice today and both times I experienced lovely service, very polite and professional barista.
The second time I ordered 2 coffees and I asked that there are put in a tray inside a bag. The barista added a piece of paper/foil between the cup and the lid to make sure my coffees wouldn’t spill. Very considerate and focused on providing tailored high quality service.

My order was taken quickly soya latte coffee is normally really good but having it served in the tall glass as I was drinking it in Costa cooled the coffee too much (luke warm 8n fact). Next time I will ask that the cup be warmed up first using the steamer before pouring the coffee in or I should have just asked to have it in my insulated takeaway cup which I carry with me anyway. I know next time. Lesson learnt.

It was only a flying visit. Very busy, but a friendly gentleman, let me share his table. Gingerbread latte is amazing!

I visit your croydon North brunch. There was only two staff one of them was serving other one was talking on the phone. I ordered medium latte way of your staff done the coffe was rubbish nothing like latte l tasted it wasn't right. I took it back to till all your staff said it is coffe and milk what do you expect. I asked to be changed he change it no apology nothing he done it same it is still not very nice. I paid £ 3. 50 for nothing. Not happy at all. Staff are unprofessional.

This costa is always so busy and the staff just don't listen and then get stroppy when you correct them on your drink and there no where to sit
