Today i visited Costa Coffee in Burton on Trent with my friend. Great place to sit and have a coffee and abit of cake, many people in thete working or having meetings with alot of space to sit and enjoy your your time there. The stuff were very helpful and asking about items in sale. The venu was very clean and tidy, will look forward to visiting again. Also this costa has a drive throw which is always helpful when on the go.

I'm not a coffee drinker. In fact I hate the stuff. But I go to Costa with a friend every now and again and its nice to be able to have something other than a bottle of pop. (I don't drink hot drinks). Every now and again I will have a hot chocolate and I very much enjoyed the black forest hot chocolate they had on over the winter months. The mint choc chip frostinos are amazing. Pity all the sugar in it. The food is nice too. Slightly over priced for a little slice of cake or a muffin but the lemon muffins are amazing. This Costa has a drive thru so good for when you don't want to sit in or are on the move. Staff are friendly and polite.

Usually good service but recently ordered a medium iced frappe through the app and was given a small one. I went back to the til and was told they don't do mediums anymore, they don't even have medium cups and to get a refund through the app. Still chasing the refund, was disappointed that this was fobbed off as my problem rather than offering to resolve it instore

Modern, cosy and spacious. Staff are lovely and very welcoming. Only down side is the busy road it's situated next to.
