Sunday morning staff had an excellent music selection. Said it was stuff they listen to when they were on holiday, and wanted to share it with us. Good work

On our way north, Monday late morning, there was a brilliant team of two girls. They were happy and helpful when we interacted. Everywhere was so clean.

On our way south after a week, Sunday late afternoon, a different team of three girls. It was almost empty and sadly everywhere was dirty, tables not cleared inside or out. Not a happy group. Soooo different :((

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Large cappuccino filled just past half way as per usual. They absolutely scam you here. A small cappuccino from McDonald’s has more in it.

Called in tonight on my way into work, ordered at the box and pulled round to the window. On recognising I was ambulance service and in uniform they said there was no need to pay. Thankyou ever so much, made me evening and really is a help towards my night shift.

Slow and unfriendly service, dirty tables, overflowing bin and it was very quiet, hardly anybody in. Asked for a cloth to clean our own table but this was denied, we were told someone would come over but they never did. Drinks served in take away cups instead of proper ones. Food was given to us cold when should have been warmed up. Staff could do with some training.

So understaffed. 2 people were juggling drive thru orders and people standing at the till to order. We waited for about 9 mins until we got served. All on the tables there were mugs and plates waiting to be picked up due to short staffed. We wanted to sit but every table we see was just not cleaned up so we headed out. Majority of the people that came in headed out could be as the table still had dirty dishes. Poor customer service. The lady thay served us after waiting for so long had no smile on her face no enthusiasm. I felt like she was dragged into work to work. Wouldn't go to that starbucks again.

Very poor service. Tables were overflowing with dirty plates and rubbish. Very slow service and staff rude. Food wasn't very warm and drinks didn't taste as they should from previous visits. Very disappointing
