Starbucks Coffee

Such lovely people working here - always greet you with a smile and remember your favourite drink! It's always a pleasure to be served by the friendly staff. I always enjoy my favourite cup of coffee here too whilst working or sitting with friends. Keep up the great work! Highly recommend!!

Appalling customer service from a horrible barista named batool. If you want to ruin your day, go to the awful Starbucks in Uxbridge road. My coffee was cold and on brining this matter to the staff attention, she was extremely rude, unwilling to rectify the situation or offer an apology for her mistake. This horrible person whose job, and who is actually paid to attend to customers, was busy chatting to her colleague. Disturbing behaviour from this awful person Batool and the standards in this Starbucks are so low indeed that I advise you to AVOID at all costs.

Really big store with loads of seating both inside and out. Frapp was made quickly coupled with good customer service from the till person. Enjoyable visit. 🤩

Tables Dirty. Cup's. Plates etc not cleared. Coffee Good as always with Starbucks. This Store looks like needs a through Clean Outside also.

I visited Costa for something to eat & drink, as I'd had nothing to eat all day. I waited two or three minutes for a barista to show but there was no one and no one noticed my presence, so I left. This is why I went next door into Starbucks and I was so glad I did. I had a large cappuccino and a tomato & mozzarella panini, both of which were delicious! I even had a chat with another customer, which rarely happens in Costa (I'm a pensioner with a walking stick). So Costa, be careful you don't lose customers by failing to notice when they are waiting to be served! Thanks Starbucks! 😍

Today was the second time they try to cheat me. I paid for oat latte and they gave me normal late. I went back there and complained and they said they couldn’t exchange as it was oat. It was a big argument till finally I get my oat latte. The Indian guy always so rude and he doesn’t accept our rights.
Other day a girl was saying to him she didn’t want the food she bought because there was a spice what she was allergic. That Indian guy said to her if she wanted another sandwich she must pay again. How can? This guy is so rude with woman. I’ll never go there again. Costa coffee is beside.
This guy should be taken out and be well trained before be there working with humans.

Im a regular at Starbucks Ealing Common branch.
Cool place,nice music,nice atmosfere,you can work on your laptop.
Staff polite and the guy makes best matcha in Ealing area.
Highly recomended!
