Newly decorated. Lovely cosy place to have a cup of coffee. If you come regularly, the staff will remember your choice, which makes you feel like visiting a friend.

Coffee and food items are as usual like other costa. Costa coffee always good.

Seatings are not that comfortable. No outdoor
Seating . Dont expect free wifi.
No charging place .

Flat white now costs £3.30. Sneaky price hike only find out after you've ordered. Won't bother with Costa any more and have been loyal customer for years.

Too much effort to explain why I had to rescan my QR code (had to deactivate my VPN) to the person serving who just talked at me about how to use it. Felt a bit patronised to be honest.

Other customers - Not Costa's fault but a general observation nowadays - Loud usual inconsiderate people around. Why does everyone assume I want to hear their conversations in public?

AVOID! I have been with Costa for over 7 years. Their app is completely useless. Either I order via mobile app and go to store and the store is closed or I order an item, go collect it and item isn’t available. They can’t refund either cos it’s mobile order. So I contact customer service for the past ten days three times and no apology and no money back either. And this happened more than three times. I officially give up on costa and will no longer buy anything. Terrible awful service.

Nice calm place with a big cup of hot chocolate

Must be the only Costa in London that apparently runs out of salted caramel frappe from 4pm onwards. Been a few times and never been able to get one. Even the free any drink from the app is valid for only hot drinks hmmmmm. Avoid. Totally useless.

The blend of customer service with taste mesmerised me for some time. I loved the ambience and the toilets were clean ensuring the standards.

This is by far the worst experience you can have in all Costa's in London. I've been using this store three times in recent months now and in all occasions the girls working at the coffee machines have been terribly rude, especially the one wearing the round glasses. She literally throws the drink on the desk, doesn't engage with eye contact and never responds to a thank you. Funny how she always smiles in a silly way with the other girl whenever she turns back to the coffee machine. Just appalling seeing this is allowed by the Costa management!
