This place is a little gem in the high street. We only had coffee (skinny latte) and cake (victoria sponge cake) but it was fabbbb. They also do pananis, milkshakes etc etc and have an awesome selection of ice cream which was a hit with schoool kids on the sunniest day of the year so far 😀 Its only a small cafe but has inside and outside seating.

Visited for first time Saturday the 19th of March to mainly buy adventure Island tickets as the menu looked so tasty we ordered 2 pannines. We had to wait over 20 minutes for table service before getting up and ordering at the till. 15mins later the order arrived I had a brie and bacon which was burnt, although it was tasty and I was hungry. I ordered my daughter one of their speciality milkshakes a diame one which was tasty but overall the service was slow and if your going to make customers wait ages for table service then encourage them to use the till rather than feeling like there being forgotten about.

Visited Cafe Gelato for a quick coffee which was really good, staff are friendly and we even managed to get parking outside.

Worst ice coffee ever! A lot of ice was simply whipped up in a blender along with milk. As a result, you drink coffee and eat ice. This is terrible!!! (Yes, I'm sure) look at the cameras from today and see how coffee is made )

Popped in here as I do occasionally for teas. The service was excellent and the place very nice when you are parched. My partner had the jacket potato beans and cheese which she thoroughly enjoyed. And it looked very good indeed. They do alternative milks for those like me that are either vegan, lactose intolerant or personal preference. It would have been nice to have seen a few vegan options but lots of places now do so I ate elsewhere. We went back for a beer afterwards and my other half had a cocktail. Good place to visit and take a break.

I just had a takeaway tuna panini from here (£6) and they had literally tipped out tuna from a can and put cheese on top and toasted it. I couldn’t even finish it. If you’re going to charge that much for a panini atleast take pride in the food that you serve- it was awful!

Coffee with a variety of customisation available (e.g soya milk) at no extra cost.
Food is cheap despite being prepared freshly and to a good standard.
Wide selection of Italian Gelato at respectable prices.

Popped in here for lunch with my friend and her baby last week and would highly recommend a visit. There were a steady stream of people coming in for icecream and the servers were very sweet despite being busy. The food menu is pretty extensive (jacket potatoes, wraps, sandwiches, full English and more) and they're really flexible so you can easily tweak and swap out items. We had a strawberry milkshake each (delish!! And they even gave us a small third glass because it made too much for 2 cups and otherwise it'd go to waste - never had that anywhere ever they normally jus put it down the sink), a crayfish sandwich and pesto panini both with Crisps and salad. Food was great and then the icecream after was fab, tasted a few flavours then picked one and only £2 a scoop! They also only use the posh biscuit cones and spinkles and sauce are inc. In the price :) seating available inside and out, fully licensed and with a wide range of cocktails and spirits and open till 8pm on some days!
