Starbucks Coffee

This is quite genuinely the worst branch of Starbucks I've ever visited, to the point that my family and I will not go there anymore. The place is filthy, consistently, permanently. The place has not had a deep clean in months on end. The floor, the walls, there are spatterings and grime and crumbs that have been there for years. They don't care as we've mentioned this countless times.

Unless you come in at 6am, you are guaranteed an extensive, unnecessary queue to order and get your drinks. More often than not youre talking 10 minutes to order and another 15 minutes to get your drinks.

They are constantly out of seasonal drinks, syrups, vegan cream. When I used to regularly go in I always expected something missing but when every option I wanted was missing it became ridiculous.

Local residents should boycott this branch giving them no choice but to renovate and give their customers the very basic of what they deserve.

I think the coffee is decent but this branch is an absolute cesspit! Service is very underwhelming and the place is beyond filthy. I have a video but I’ll use my discretion. I’d have to say it’s one of the dirtiest environments I have witnessed in an establishment. Grim. I’ll go to Costa (even though I don’t rate their coffee as highly) or drive to the Edgware branch!

This is genuinely the worst Starbucks I have been too.. inside was filthy, dirty on the tables and up the walls. The floor was disgusting with stains and crumbs and also did not smell clean in there.
There is a big advisement behind the till of spice pumpkin latte on TV screen.. however they run our of it. Hardly any drinks available. My mum had to speak to the manageress as she was shocked how filthy and dirty the place is and the manager was not interested at all and started laughing.. her excuse was there is not enough staff in however we saw 6 girls hurdled up together talking in a circle behind the tea. The only positive is 2 of the girls did clean up when my mum spoke. To the manager but it all lasted no more than 5 minutes and it still looked dirty. Don't go there avoid at all costs

Starbucks in Borehamwood used to be really nice place before, when different people worked there. Staff changed and its not nice place at all. More than often they don't have paper sleeves for take away cups, or lids so they use lids for delivery, or they don't have soya milk. Tables are dirty, so before you sit you have to clean it by yourself. And on the end staff just sit around, instead of cleaning place as they don't have no one to serve. Staff is unfriendly, talking about they private stuff in-front of customers. Its quiet annoying as you cant enjoy your stay there, music is not playing, what you can hear is just staff not working sitting around and loudly talking.

Stopped going here altogether now, after several recent visits. Place is dirty and uncared for with rubbish every where. Atmophere is loud and chotic.
Sorry Starbucks but good coffee in a nice mugs, is not enough!
Coffee out is a luxury, not a necessity & with living cost rising Im not wasting my money at store that doesn't care about me or their premises.

Starbucks was busy but clean. Coffee was the right order and the staff were friendly. There was the usual strong coffee smell and beautiful music. It was lovely and warm inside . I could've stayed all day. My husband got the pretzel hot chocolate,I'd reccomend it.

Don't bother with this branch anymore. Staff consistently rude. Got an apology voucher and staff even interrogated me over it. Miss my frappucinos so when I see a Starbucks elsewhere I will pop in. A shame the Borehamwood branch is really a discredit to the company.
The fact they are constantly advertising for staff shows the high turnover ... there is obviously an underlying issue in this branch.

If I could give less than a 1 I would. Service is shocking and the place is filthy. A personal pet hate of mine is when they tell me they don’t have the correct change. This has happened to me on more than one occasion first thing in the morning, on weekdays. However it just happened at 11am on a Sunday morning. How can a Starbucks not have change in potentially one of their busiest times.
