Starbucks

All good had a caramel macchiato very nice this place can get very busy near college and school

Really poor service, the girls on the tills are rude. We ordered 4 drinks and there was a gap of 15 minutes between the first and last drink being done. People came in after us and had their whole orders fulfilled while we stood around waiting. The first drink ready was a hot coffee, the last an iced coffee. To be able to drink them together meant the hot drink had gone cold! Really really poor service would not recommend.

Drinks put in takeaway cups even though I said we were sitting in, the Barista wasn't too happy when I asked for mugs. Drink tasted quite nice but was dismal looking as a result. Not worth over £7 for 2 drinks and bad service.
The place was almost empty but the staff were standing around chatting and every single table was littered with old cups on, the place was a mess everywhere, we had to clear our own table to sit down. Hygiene was amazingly bad. (Look at my photo of the toilet)
Shame on you Starbucks.
I'll stick to Costa in future!!!

The brews are pretty standard. This place is supposed to close at 1930, but they start closing everything down and putting chairs on tables at 1745 (when I arrived) which ruined the atmosphere.
Also, a customer came in for food at 1845 and was refused, which seemed odd.

Had a lovely experience yesterday when I went into the store. All the staff were really friendly and I had a really nice latte with some hot food. Cannot fault at all, also the area wad really clean and spotless!

Omg if I could have given a 0 I would have, not a regular place we go for drinks but thought we would treat ourselves, oh we definitely got a treat from the bad attitude of the cashier, and the dirt and grime around the place that’s not to mention the toilet, girls please put a smile on your face, especially the one with tattoos sort out your attitude out we are paying your wages.

Absolutely appalling attitude from the girl with the tattoos at front counter.
If you don’t like your job go and find another one!!
Let’s hope your boss sees this post and acts and I will be putting a formal complaint in
Your toilets are also disgusting, wee all over the seats and grime all in the corners of the floors, clearly no cleaning is being done.
The lady who is covered in silly tattoos, you need to find your self another job, obviously the job is not for you.

I’ve been into Starbucks on a few occasions one being today and I have to compliment the staff on there friendliness and fast service,, everytime I have been in there I cannot fault the service and the coffees were delicious Thank you. Will definitely be returning to this Starbucks 👍
