Had a lovely full English breakfast with my husband yesterday along with latte coffee all well priced.Food cooked to order, choice of how you wanted your eggs cooked, beautifully presented and tasted superb, nothing too much trouble. Very attentive owners. Highly recommended and a beautiful setting. Take home brownies too we will be returning. Thank you.

Found this wonderful little place just a few weeks ago and so glad we did.
Service has been excellent every time. Food is freshly made to order and they obviously use quality ingredients as each time we go everything tastes delicious. Beautifully presented too!
Took my mum and dad in law for lunch the other day. Neither of them eat a lot and we had discussed them sharing a panini as they are quite big. I was expecting an extra plate so they could split it up themselves. When it came out they had put it on two plates for them, each with its own little side salad, coleslaw and crisps. Nothing is too much trouble and the extra kindness that day shows just that.

Fabulous little cafe in the heart of Ashover.
Also serves as a post office. We had a gorgeous Welsh Rarebit and so side salad with delicious coffee. Panini were also presented wonderful.
Staff exceptionally pleasant has time to chat and we’re just generally lovely 😊 will be back it’s worth the visit.

Lovely little village coffee shop and post office, friendly welcome, couple of dishes we ordered weren't available so we settled for poached eggs on granary toast, it was delicious, eggs were perfectly dippy, coffee is lovely, we shared a chocolate brownie which too was delicious, will definitely visit again
