Met someone here for a coffee. What can I say, it was ok. Nothing fancy, and no particular effort put in. I'm not putting it down, it is a Costa drive through, so you get what you get there. The service was quick (we sat down, we didn't use the drive through). They still had the screens up, which struck me more as that they hadn't been taken down rather than there for protection. The coffee itself again was ok, you know what you're getting at a Costa.

Just a warning to everyone coming here that the parking isn’t free and you will be slapped with a parking charge months after you have digested any food from here. Called the shop to advise them to mention this to their customers as an extra service at the till but wasn’t a suggestion the Manager Edgemar sorry if I got the name spelt wrongly, of this store wasn’t ready to take it on. It’s not worth going here to spend money and then pay even 5 times the money already spent on a parking charge. Find a more customer friendly restaurant that has the customer at heart. I’m sure this isn’t the first no will it be the last time but they can’t be bothered to assist with that extra customer service. That’s what I believe going the extra mile is for🙏

So the Costa itself was average for Costa, wasn’t overly clean but clean enough for health regulations. My only complaint is the parking fine you get. It’s not displayed clearly that you need to pay to park on their car park. I stayed for 2.20 hours and was fined £100 🙃 they need to make this clear on arrival! Avoid!!! Don’t get conned too!

Went here to pickup my too-good-to go order but the woman behind the counter ignored me for ten minutes while I waited outside then proceeded to scold me for knocking on the door. Rudeness- thanks for that and I'm cold.

The staff are very polite and friendly, it is a nice place to meet and have coffee, it's just a shame you only get 2 hours parking

Very nice time having tea and cake. My Mum said her very large coffee was standard but very nice. Service took a while but the staff there were working very well seeing as there were only 2 of them doing the drive thru and the eating in.
