Costa Coffee

I implore any visitors to the UK not to eat a pastry here, particularly if you are French, it will upset you. What a rude and impatient barista, and there wasn’t even a queue, always the same at costa, they just don’t seem to train their staff

I was very impressed with the barista that is serving 4.30pm on 21 October. She is on her own and working incredibly hard to keep the queue size down. A super fast worker with such a lovely serving manner and personal style. Impressive.

The woman behind the counter was so lovely! I didn’t quite catch her name but she was wearing a headscarf! She desereves a raise! Lovely service made my day! :)

The batista is working hard and efficiently to run the entire coffee shop on her own, congrats to her. However, she should probably get help from another person as the queue could get slightly long in rush hour despite her going as fast as she can.

They need to change their closing time, the app says 5.30 and as I found out it is actually 5.00pm, waited to be served to be told they were closing, this was 5.15, pointed out about the time on the app and the girl showed me the time outside, which did say 5pm but in fairness to the girl she did serve me. Can't believe a costa in such a busy location shuts so early, the volume of people passing through would warrant it being open later...
Well done to the girl that served me, still kept smiling even though she was on her own in the shop and could have turned me away 👏🏻👏🏻

Wonderful staff, polite and attentive to customers orders. Service was quick and effective. A wonderful spot to grab a quick bite
