Clean , and refurbished coffee shop. Big seating area.
Good service although it’s generally quite busy on weekends. It might take 10’ to get your order.
Food and snack variety is good

A group of us arriving as they’re opening at 9am is presumably quite stressful but they didn’t show it. The high pressure environment with bespoke orders (both coming from people there and online) and it didn’t tarnish the top level customer service. I opted for the Autumnal Pumpkin Spice Latte and it was divine as always. 10/10 customer service. The effort it must require to wear a smile and exude positivity… it never ceases to amaze me when baristas serve me with a smile! 😁😁

Do not go there. 1 working bathroom for many many people. Cappuccino...very basic and, in my opinion, way too expensive (given the super standard general experience "offered" by this location). Long waiting time to get your order. Management needs to understand that there are much better options around. I gave it a shot. I won't come back.

Queue was back by the door and it took 15 minutes to be served then another 10 mins waiting for the actual drinks. Club music playing, would have been nice to hear some Christmas tunes. Staff appeared stressed and not very happy, no smiles to be seen. There was a lone Christmas tree in the window but absolutely no decorations in the cafe area. No atmosphere and very "basic" Sorry but next time we will be going to Costa!

had a delivery and came fast but the cream on the Gingerbread latte was off and smelt horrible. breakfast wrap tasted gross and bacon roll was too dry and didn't taste of anything. normally a good service but first time having a deleivery and quite disappointed.

I’ve only been here three times, and have never been to any other Starbucks before. My experience with this one is great, all the times the staff was very friendly and helpful and the service was fast enough!
Their brownies are yummy, and the ham and cheese croissant was amazing. Last two times I had an iced double chocolatey macchiato, I highly recommend it.

I did stand in the que but actually didn't purchase anything after seeing the state of the place and the flies all over the cakes in the cabinet it was gross so myself and husband walked out the whole place is dirty and disgusting real shame as we love Starbucks and regularly drink Starbucks get it together exeter

Average place, food ok, service ok, drink luke warm, some drinks not available, toilets were awful and tables were so busy there was no where to sit.
