Unfortunately I went to the Preston Station Branch, this was a big mistake, I’ve previously had a good experience at the Carlisle Branch and this is what brought me back, firstly I ordered a regular hot chocolate which was more expensive than stated on the menu (40p more), my 2 friends that also ordered the same had the price issue as well, I then proceeded to drink it and it was not good at all, it left a nasty aftertaste after drinking, I threw it away! unfortunately I won’t be back.
