Starbucks Coffee

Depends what time of day you go I think. It can get busy. They are happy to make me drinks without coffee in and just flavoured syrups in (I don't like coffee!).

I’ve always found staff in here helpful and friendly, but often trying to do their best in difficult circumstances. What I mean by that is that there are not enough staff there and they are overstretched.

It's a Starbucks. The coffee is always the same. These guys were great today. If you want a Starbucks coffee, no better place.

How does it take 10 mins to make 1 coffee. Disorganised missed orders and a long line of waiting people. I waited 10 mins and there was only 1 person infront. Should have gone to cafe Nero.

Really dirty upstairs. Filthy toilet. Terrible staff organisation.

They couldn't understand our order so we knew it would be a mess. As we're waiting, someone comes up asking to get their drink remade... bad sign. We then had to explain so many times what we wanted and they had already started making it with the wrong milk. When it finally came out, it was really bitter like the espresso had been burnt. You'd be better off going anywhere else. We threw the coffees out, £8 wasted

Go to Starbucks around the world and it’s usually a life save.

Woking Starbucks:
Couldn’t understand a caramel macchiato soy milk, it became decaf semi skimmed bitter mess.

Wonderful atmosphere thanks to the amazing Ms Barista with long brown hair. I do not remember when I was so warmly, cordially and professionally served. Matcha latte and sweets delicious as always. This place is distinguished by the already mentioned service, climatic music and nice surroundings. I recommend everyone to stop here for a little something
