Costa Coffee

We went after going to the cinema on July 27th at 13.00 there were no bacon rolls left so we chose sausage instead, after waiting in the queue for 10 minutes with no progress towards the drinks we decided not to wait. There were lots of tables free but not one was cleared, my wife found one with just a dirty cup on but the table was sticky and dirty. The whole place looked as though it could do with a complete clean, upholstered chairs and couches were very dirty and did not encourage eating food. We left, I realise that there are problems recruiting staff but the place needs a dedicated table clearer. Will never go again.

Nice place but always long queue. Dirty chairs, sticky tables. You have to clean after people because employees are too busy serving people. Not very nice and friendly every time but is OK because as I already said they are always busy

Just awful experience. The queue was massive, our orders took so long to be made and my coffee was just horrible. I won't be going again. Opposite is a mc Donald's and I would recommend going there for a coffee to anyone who wants one.

The staff serving there seemed to busy chatting to each other. Waited ages for our coffee. Also almost every table in there needed wiping down. On a plus side the coffee was good.

Cake was good that was under a cover. Staff weren't professional they were touching their faces playing with their hair not really paying attention to their job. One was wearing a bracelet that was then touching the food aswell. Flys were all over the uncovered food and no one seemed to care.

Although need someone in the ball to clear tables more effectively as seems continuously busy here, it's like spot the clear table.
Cake was bit hard in places where its not covered.

Twenty five minutes queuing to get served, not very busy but most tables still had previous occupants trays and cutlery on them.

This place really needs a more staff. Today I waited so long only for my hot chocolate and it was not crowded as compared to others outlets of Costa. It was only because of shortage of staff, there was only two ladies were serving. They were taking too much time for taking orders and delivering orders.
