great service. I loved the new salted caramel crunch frostino. Cakes are always soft and amazing. Haven't tried the food yet.

Had a fabulous coffee here last week and my daughter had a mint milkshake which she couldn’t get enough of!! Staff were amazing and the store was spotless. Special shout out to the trainee young lady, I didn’t catch her name but she was on the ball throughout my entire visit and extremely welcoming with a beautiful smile! Would absolutely recommend this Costa to anyone, the team really do make a difference! Can’t wait to visit again

Tables always dirty and full of used cups and plates, no matter what day of the week. Came one day and there were no cold drinks whatsoever. Annoyed they packed all the cakes away nearly half an hour before closing but trays of dirty cups and plates still everywhere. Think they got their priorities wrong.

Fairly busy as it was around lunchtime. We had a couple of sandwiches which required heating up in addition to our coffee, rather than have us waiting around the staff said they would bring them over when ready which they duly did. From ordering to getting our sandwiches I was impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff here, will definitely drop in here again.

Really nice place to go and the HOT CHOCOLATE is amazing and is my go to drink whenever I go somewhere as it's always a nice drink. Staff we're Brilliant and so helpful and nice to us and all the rest of the customes which was a great day

Friendly staff and fast service. I usually go in the morning on days off, just after opening. It has a nice chilled atmosphere.

This place can get really busy at a weekend so expect things to slow down a little.

Was not happy it said b4 we went into the shopping center dogs were allowed but went To go inside costa was told dogs were not allowed so we went to another coffee shop was told we were welcome so why can't you go in with your dog we also went to cafe nero in St Anne's today &was told no problem just checked if we can take my dog in fleetwood market it says dogs are welcome so why do costa not let dogs in ?we are on holiday at cara gran who have no problem with dogs

Very busy, had to wait for a table, staff doing there best to empty and clean tables as quick as possible
