Caffè Nero

A really cosy place to have a drink and a snack. The store goes on for quite a way and there's plenty of seating. Polite staff and better quality drinks and snacks here than ones found in 'other' coffee chains. Their loyalty scheme isn't too bad either!

Sadly we visited on a day where they seemed understaffed (one guy on a busy Sunday isn't right! Sort it out management!) And as a result piles of mugs everywhere. Decor is seriously dated too. I couldn't tell if the two ladies in Barista t shirts sitting and chatting were from the same coffee shop and can only assume they weren't as they didn't help at all.

Not a reflection on the hardworking young man, it's a reflection on management to hire more staff.

Lovely café with outdoor and indoor seating. Friendly staff here. Good place to stop for a tea.

Not enough seating. The Milano Chocolate drink was NOT what it should have been from my past experience over many years.

Very small cafe with limited seating.

Toilet was out of action. The seating area was grubby and in need of a clean yet shop wasn't busy.

Fridge for sandwiches is not operating correctly as it was noisy and in need of a repair. The fridge noise, coupled with the overly loud ambient music, makes chatting over a coffee hard work.

Staff are pleasent but "extra hot" coffee was just warm. There are much better coffee shops in Henley.

Lovely central location, clean venue, staff was very friendly and kind. Would be nice to see some vegan options on the food menu. Plant based milk varieties available.

Who would have thought a coffee shop would have tasty soup.

Seating areas are getting a bit tired but Menu has been expanded to include more healthy and fresh options which is a nice addition. Nice little courtyard to the rear and seats in the windows are very popular at the front. Often busy so be prepared for a wait. Popular with Mums after the school run so maybe avoid those times for coffee.
