Costa Coffee

The staff are very friendly, great service and good choice of food and drinks. The christmas blackforrest hot chocolate is delicious. It's fairly expensive but the quality is good. Seating can be fairly limited. There is plenty of outdoor seating though not too comfortable at this time of year. Will definitely go again.

Yes I love Costa Coffee and it's lovely up at St Anne's north west England I'll be back again it's cosy good coffee nice friendly staff clean and theres a public toilets in there and more than happy to fill up your empty bottle of water enjoy and thanks guys at Costa Coffee you do a grand job 😎 Paul payton Birmingham England 🌞💜👍👍

I don't think the person taking my order knew what customer service was, she wasn't very friendly, appeared disinterested and I almost felt like I was a nuisance to her.
Although the tables in the cafe were clean some of the chairs looked shabby and in need replacement or at least a good clean/vacuum.
The coffee was good.

Could be so much better, hard working and friendly staff make it.
Always very busy, tables don’t get cleared away quick enough and always running out of brown toast and marmalade. Could do with more staff. I must say the staff are so friendly even when under pressure so can’t be easy. A regular meeting place for us locals to chat. There is a Lot of competition close by so Costa management you need to get it right.

The drinks here are great and the place itself is quite nice. A mistaken order was delivered only once, but quickly rectified. High standard of beverages, in-line with other branches.

Only had drinks bit were really good, service a little slow but didn't detract from the experience

Drinks ok. Slow table clearing though place was not full.

We took my mum in Costa Cleveleys last week
We bought 2 coffees 1coke and 3 mince pies £24 sorry put never again
