Sadly disappointing. Arrived at 12:20 to order 3 bagels. There was no vegan brownie available (the only vegan sweet bake available). Staff took payment and TEN minutes later informed us there was no houmous (even though there are limited choices for fillings and it was very early in the lunch period). It took a full 25 minutes to make 3 toasted bagels to take out despite there being no other customers in the cafe! During this time the girl in the kitchen asked at least 5 times what we wanted in the bagels (although the girl at the counter had written it all down). The first 2 bagels eventually arrived and the third took a further 8 minutes meaning the first 2 were then cold. Arrived back at the office and opened the bagels. They were TINY! Much smaller than a shop bought NY bagel. My bagel had one small piece of chicken, a small drop of Mayo and one shriveled lettuce leaf - I had asked (several times) for tomato, cucumber and roasted peppers! My colleagues were disappointed with their meager bagels but were so hungry by that point that they ate them. I took mine back and explained the issue. The girl offered to add some salad! I asked for a refund as it was simply not worth £3.50 or even half that amount. Neither member of staff knew how to process a card refund! I ended up just asking for the cash. Their brownies are admittedly very good hence the two stars. Whilst I like to support small, local businesses I won’t be back. La Baguette 150 yards away sell a huge hot pork baguette filled with meat, stuffing, gravy and crackling for £4. Much better value for money!

Lovely, friendly service. Great cakes and milkshakes, good coffee and the biscoff pancakes were yummy too!

We bought 2 vegan pasties as the cornish pasties had sold out abd the ladies behind the counter recommended them to us. We were not disappointed. The pasties were absolutely fantastic, so full of flavour and fillings - we'll definitely be back for more. Thank you for the heads up ladies - if only all vegan food was this good!!

Friendly place with 2 tables and seating for 8 so very select.
There was 4 in our party and we all had coffee and cake except my daughter whose a vegan so she had a tea with a vegan cake so don't be concerned if you have certain dietary guidelines as you're well catered for, I noticed they even had a vegan pasty on the menu.
If you're there between 9am and 11am you can get a hot drink and a tasty cake for only £5 !

I would think twice about using this company as, if you need to get in touch with them it's almost impossible. We had a 3 month subscription for cookies and brownies and have needed to get in touch with them twice. First time took aaages for them to reply, second time (because we ended up having to pay the postage on our delivery as theyd not paid enough!!!) - I've messaged (21st December) and emailed (a week ago) and haven't even had an acknowledgment of any kind let alone a reply. Steer clear!!

Loved the coffee, cakes are beautiful and tasty (a little bit too sweet for my taste) we really enjoyed them. Great service from friendly staff. Clean and tidy, cute little cafe with atmosphere...

Friendly service. Excellent coffee and outstanding cakes, brownies etc. with a great selection to choose from. Good little shop of birthday gifts too. Look for any excuse to come back. 😁👍

A lovely cake shop and cafe which is very clean and well decorated to give a relaxed feel. The staff are extremely friendly and there is a good selection of beautiful cakes, coffee or tea. They also offer a reward card scheme, which is a bonus!
