I use an app "togoodtogo" where you get cut price deal £10 of food for £3, so get a chance for a cheap but very good snack. Makes life worth living 😃.

Staffs are awful there. This is my 2nd and last visit. I went there Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon and both days same girl was serving (didn't catch her name) and she talks rude and never smile, seems she doesn't wanna be there. She did same things with two other lady before me. I felt like why Costa is hiring people like her who doesn't know customer service is.

First time in a Coffee Shop in at least fifteen years! Used to visit one on the Kings Road when I worked in London. Looked forward to my Almond Syrup in my Latte! NO ALMOND SYRUP! every other known syrup known to man kind. I asked why, we don't stock it, why not! We don't get a call for it RIDICULOUS!.... and as for the toilets, the smell was truly Gagging, I had to hold my breath to survive the vile experience. So let's wait another 15 Years... things might improve, meantime I wont be going back.
