Costa Coffee

Stuart was brilliant he gave me excellent customer service and I will come back here definitely highly recommend this Costa the staff are unbelievable I would like to thank Stuart for being so piloted and effective at his job.

The glacial service is quite incredible. Two staff run off their feet and another one trying to do everything so incredibly slowly I don't think you can be much slower. The digital screens are just utterly useless showing an entire screen showing two products on it that they don't even have in stock and flick up the cold drinks menu so quickly it's impossible to read it in time and you have to wait another 4mins for it turns up again, which having to wait 15-20mins in the queue is a good distraction. But then you finally get to the front of the queue to be told they are too busy and can't take orders. The orders they are bringing out seem to be for noone... Chaos...

Oh and also no toilet paper or soap in the loo... Nice!

I came in around half 9 in the morning and it was so messy. Maybe 20% of the tables had people sat on them. But 90% of them had uncleared cups and spills etc.
Asked for a chocolate pastry and got a raisin one.

The coffee shop itself is always in impeccable condition and the staff are extremely friendly. I've never eaten here. Costa is definitely my favourite coffee and I love the app rewards

I mostly get takeaway coffees from this certain Costa due to good parking the past 5 or so I’ve had has been tasting a bit burned like the coffee grounds and they have only been filling the coffee up 3/4 of the way up if that I’ve had to bin so many coffees from here. The one in the friary is always good please try make your coffees a bit nicer its far too expensive not to I don’t know if it’s just the takeaway ones that aren’t good I’ve had a few good sit down ones from here :)

Used to be really good but no idea what happened.
No longer opening at the stated times, when you do get in it can take 15 minutes to make 1 small coffee. Rubbish is kept in the seating area overnight which makes the places smell ripe. The place is rarely cleaned. Food it stale and never fresh.
This was once a flagship store, but now beaten by their Costa Express machines in the petrol station across the road.

I visit this store everyday while working in the Surrey area.

I really liked it as I could sit with my iPad and just edit photos.
Today I walked in placed my order and it was given to me in a takeaway cup and my slice of cake in a bag.
Apparently they where closing soon. Two hours left.

I’m quite particular with my food and I’m not the type to eat a slice of cake out of a bag.

If I was told this before I ordered I wouldn’t have ordered anything and gone elsewhere.

Very disappointing
