This is a delightful little cosy cafe in a great location. If you value good coffee and awesome brownies, then this is the place to stop in Lindfield. You can also get a light lunch here.

Cute café in a picturesque location; hard to miss with its pretty green exterior. Their matcha latte tasted great and the service was super friendly – loved it.

Cosy little takeout coffee place. Coffee tastes good. Strange variety of exotic cakes and sweets - very rustic and home made. Couple of seats outside overlooking the pond (though north facing so can be a little chilly). Very popular at school run time.

Little surprise on the way to Brighton. Cozy cafe I’d recommend to any cyclists who passing Lindfield. Great coffee, friendly owners and super energetic healthy chocolate sesame balls.

Adding on to RCC Greenwich riders cafe list. Will see you soon.

Look I’ve had my fair share of coffee, I’m addicted to it. But I have to say this place does the best coffees in the area, HANDS DOWN. It’s a little hidden gem, and has so many options. The coffee is so rich in flavour, it’s a must try.

A gem of a find hidden away at the end of the high street opposite the pond. Popped in on the off chance they had some cakes to take away and indeed they did! Excellent, home made cakes, all vegan 🌱. They also had a number of different plant based milks available.

As others have said, fab coffee stop for cyclists en route to Brighton (or wherever). Super ☕ and 🍰, but try the mango and coconut 🥤. It's great!

Usually have a good experience at slake, my partner has tried various drinks and we have tried pastry’s etc. I always get the same iced matcha as I love it so much, today it tasted bland and didn’t have the green colour it usually has to it and tasted more like sweet oat milk. I am not one to complain but as I was charged £4.60 for this drink which is more expensive than previous visits, I decided to say that the drink was bland and not the same as usual. The staff members reply was that it’s the same amount of matcha as usual. I had to ask to have it made a little stronger which resulted in the ice being blended up into tiny pieces into a sort of slushy which was not pleasant to drink and honestly felt like a waste of nearly £5. I feel like a fresh drink should have been made or even the ice removed before re blending the drink. 3* as I have had good experiences previously but if this was a first visit I would give 1*.

In response to the owner - I came in and communicated that the drink wasn’t right and I was told that it was the same as usual. I wasn’t offered any solution, that would have been the opportunity to fix the problem so I didn’t have to leave a bad review.
