We went into this cafe as our baby needed feeding and she was crying all the staff were looking and tutting there was not one smile in the whole place from any of the staff. We just got made to feel uncomfortable as we were constantly stared at we ordered a bowl of chips and we got about 10 chips in a bowl for 2.50. customer service was shocking I would never return here as it was absolutely disgusting

I have been eating there regularly for tbe last year or more but upon my last couple of visits i have been treated rudely.
I have been made to feel like a free loader when my drink was taken by there mistake ,when i ask for a replacement was told we dont give free drinks.
I suggest that Mrs T goes on a customer relation training coarse.
I shall take my custom else where if they can afford to loose my custom so be it.

We had the brunch,toast slavered in butter, sausage deep fried and chips tasted like they had been done in old oil,no skimmed milk,so no coffee,and orange juice made from consentrate,we did not eat it but got charged £17.50,we won't go again 😏

A Brilliant customer experience, taking your order, in to great detail, giving you, the ultimate clientel experience. I reccomend this place, for anyone looking for an English breakfast, all day brunch, cos' you'll enjoy it.

Great place, management are very nice, most staff are friendly too, just the odd one with no smile☹️, breakfast is very nice. Good value.
