Starbucks Coffee

Good size and very accessible Starbucks at Wolverhampton University. Standard Starbucks pricing so it isn't cheap but it's exactly what you'd expect from the coffee chain and it's bigger than most Starbucks and quite open plan so even when busy it doesn't feel too crowded. Acts as a focal hub for student during the day.

Starbucks franchise owned by the University, great coffee, good place to sit and chat. Friendly staff.

My only gripe is the external door. It's highly annoying when people don't close the door behind them and you're served a bitterly cold winter breeze with your coffee.

**Update: They fixed the door! They attached one of those self-closing door hinge do-hickies about a week after this review.

***Summer update: The windows fold to allow most of the south-facing wall to be open, allowing a nice breeze.

Very poor service - Andy and Clare . Made me a bitter white chocolate Mocha. Clare shouted at me , said its fault my Mocha was bitter because I was on my phone while waiting for it to be made. Mind you I came off my phone to order. . How ironic- we make it the way you like it when you get shouted at for asking. Served 7 more people in front of me while I was still waiting for a replacement. Thanks to Helen for a new drink

Really large Starbucks with plenty of seat and places to work. Always like having a coffee here

The staff here are amazing and super friendly. It's a very clean environment with plenty of seating inside and seating outside when the weather is warm

Great customer service, spacious seating, usually not too busy as located within University square. Only thing that could be improved would be the stocked bakery range.

Always delicious creamy hot chocolate to keep me going. Efficient service with friendly staff!
