many times the chairs outside. they are not ready for the customer as today goes from 1 hour to take the glass out . even the spoons and the forks are not very clean .Because it should be passed with vinegar. But they work very well inside. The stuff is very good

With my colleagues we frequent this place. Every Friday morning.

I was looking for medals in order to reward some of my colleagues for their job. That was the place where I've found the medals. They are chocolates, but they did the job. It looks like the real thing and as a bonus you can eat it. lol =)

The coffee is very good, and the café opens early in the morning.

Have had coffee/ hot chocolate/ lunch here on several occasions, and have never been disappointed.

Food: I mean, Costa standard, but if you've not been they have a good sweet selection and some sandwiches/ toasties /paninis etc that you can have heated, sometimes salads

Food presentation: varies, but often the time is spent getting it to you quickly where Food is involved, the drinks are usually well presented.

Almost reduced to tears due to lack of communication in taking the order this morning. The girl on the till shook her head and said to her colleagues that she didn’t understand the order. I had to clarify again, what we actually wanted to order and almost got a lesson on what a Latte meant. Costa is my go-to place but after this experience, I feel insecure about going there again. How does the management not realise, good customer service is the core to every business? Such a shame.

A bit shabby and filthy. Staff reluctant to clean tables from previous visitors. Outside seating often with cups left dirty on the tables. Won't return

Long waiting time, unfriendly and tired staff, slow moving queue, 3 people in a front counter and just one is serving customers

Caffeine top up for the day. Nice being in town.Banana and Pecan cake Stafford is a good town.

Plastic separators are no replacement for masking up. Every customer has to repeat their order because it's impossible to hear you from behind the plastic and you speak so quietly. Food order messed up, and delivered across the restaurant with no mask worn. It's so disappointing that a national chain clearly doesn't care about their customers and the staff don't care about each other. Recommend all avoid until we're clear of the pandemic or appropriate measures are in place.
