Costa Coffee

What can I say except what great service. The two young ladies behind the counter were ran off their feet. Having to deal with the heat and some rude customers I was so impressed with them. My drink was perfect as was my brother's. Emma made them beautifully and even checked after if everything was okay. Couldn't have asked for better service in such difficult circumstances. Sophie was polite and helped me with the Costa app during my order. A serious compliment to both of them.

Very ordinary Costa with the usual array of food and coffees. Bit untidy on this visit but usually OK. Best feature is the adjacent car park but no drive through. Convenient for the huge Asda across the road. Usual disabled facilities but a bit of a walk across the car park. Couple of tables outside, should that be your thing. Can get very busy. Still have the covid screens up which make it a little claustrophobic and difficult to communicate, some may prefer this. The screens look a bit worse for wear now. Nothing too bad, just average.

Every time I go I am always amazed by how busy it is. It can take a while to get your drink but I think that is true of every Costa. They were busy but tables were cleared of used cups etc which is sometimes where Costa fails.

Average for a Costa. I think it's ready for a revamp. Staff were nice. They could have done with more than two people on over lunch because stopping constantly to do food made waiting times too long. the takeaway people had to stand in between the seated restaurant people, bit uncomfortable for everyone really.

Great service, the young kady was very pleasant and welcomed me to costa, she also helped me as I'm a wheelchair user

I always find this Costa to be very messy and not as nice as other stores, I think the main issue is investment from the owner as its a similar story with KFC next door which is also owned by him.

I've been here a fair few times, to sit in and to take away. The staff are always lovely. Sometimes when it's busy and the queue is to the door, it does take a while for drinks, but once they're on it, they're on it. I've never had a reason to say don't go there. The atmosphere is always nice too which helps
