On the morning of 12 October 22 been greeted and welcomed on this place by 2 female staff which one of them made me a nice Cortado at time of my visit

Loads of things were out of stock but not crossed off the menu, my friend asked for a breakfast wrap and they gave him a bacon roll, staff very difficult to communicate with, it took a whole minute for the cashier to understand what my friend meant when he asked for an extra shot, even though that's a very standard thing to ask for. Saw another customer ask for a drink and the cashier put in two, another worker had to help her understand that he only wanted one, and she was still asking him if he wanted two!

Negative!!!! Don’t come here! Some Indian Manager doesn’t know how to talk to customers!!!!!!! Degrading the “ Costa”s Brand Name!! Worst costa experience.
He is the worst coffee host I have ever seen in my life. He was rude, unfriendly and mean. When I asked for the toilet, he rudely said downstairs is closed and washroom there is Closed, when I normally asked why it is closed when cafe is still opened.
He started shouting and creating a scene where everyone was looking and it was so embarrassing. When I asked him to be polite and not shout he was very mean. He did the same thing with a women with kids that were sitting. He was the worst.

one the large size for the same price as the slightly smaller size. I'm not a regular Costa customer, but I was a little embarrassed by Marie do Costa's reaction. I think that when we work with customer service we must have the sensitivity and filling to know how to inform, to communicate with the customer without embarrassment with our sense of justice or judgment. Every customer is important. Today I spent about 20 pounds on the coast, but due to that experience I don't feel encouraged to come back here.

I absolutely love Costa, love the coffe, love the food, the one star is because my blind wife and i had To argue with one of your employee To have the right To let our guide dog in. This man may not care about humiliating my wife by asking her to prove that our guide dog is the real deal. I care, this dog has done so much for her, it allows her to be independant and confident about moving on her own. In the end i don't thank you for reminding my wife of her handicap in front of every other customer you had at the time also check on your bloddy door you'll find the sign that will tell you all about how Costa allows guide dogs in their places...

One unisex toilet and no toilet paper for a busy coffee shop isn't good enough. My latte was enjoyable and I sat outside because it was quite crowded inside.

Blonde short woman with accent so disrespectful and rude. Shouting to the top of her voice with no customer service skills acting like her parents manage costa. Sort it out immediately. How can she say we are not customer service
