Came here on a Saturday quite quiet but a nice atmosphere, good paint job. Highlight of the trip was definitely the service the girl behind the till (ginger long hair, not sure of her name) was a delight needed to get her number, only lost a star because she didn’t put out , great place overall

We had the All Day Breakfast @ £5.95. Cooked perfectly. Hot food to the table. Eggs cooked perfectly. Looked as good as it tasted, "Deeee-Lisssssh. Probably the Best Breakfast I've ever had. Very Highly Recommended.

Very clean, nice food, good coffee, friendly service. Pleasing number of tables for two. Cash only no contactless or Apple Pay or Android Pay. Missing a trick here.

Will certainly return.

One the whole a nice place. The system of ordering a carvery and then waiting to be called up is a bit strange. We actually waited over half and hour. The idea of a carvery is really to avoid waiting.

Soups are all homemade and delicious. Superb Sunday carvery with a great choice of roasts and vegetables on offer. The place is licensed so there is a small but adequate choice of alcohol to go with your meal if you choose. If you're vegetarian/vegan, special diet give them a ring and tell them your requirements before your visit if possible. Highly recommend booking for Sunday lunch because the place is often especially busy at this time. There is usually a specials board .
The carvery is served on a table/arrival because this is a small place, they don't have space for 20 people to be in a queue, also making it safer.
This is a cash only business.

It was OK, the food we had was alright but nothing special. Seemed very popular at lunchtime, so they must be doing something right. Staff seemed confused whether it was table service or order at the counter on that day. Chef chatty and pleasant serving carvery.

Great little café, we chose the small breakfast and tea . Enough of the usual components to satisfy the appetite. The quality is grand and the tea comes in a teapot which is always a bonus. Service is quick, and the staff are friendly, it'sworth noting that it is a Cash Only operation.

I had the breakfast, wife had the veggie breakfast. The dog got a small ramekin of treats on the house. Food was really tasty - nothing budget on this plate - and cooked nice.
