Convenient place for coffee when you're waiting for the bus. Nice, friendly staff.

Excellent, friendly service, and very clean toilets! Which was a first for a Costa we've been to. Thankyou for a good experience! It was much appreciated before our journey home.

I absolutely love coming here whether before going to work or just want to sit and hang out with friends this costa has got you covered.

I really like how it is so easy to get to if you are in town as it is a prime location as I walk passed it at least couple times a day.

The staff are always friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I may have.

The coffee and tea itself is always made with care and to my liking.

I honestly would recommend this place!

East to find. Great central location. Staff didn't mind us sitting for an hour and a half without drinks. Overall calm atmosphere

Honestly just a spurr of the moment reveiw but the lady working at around 10 am on 16/11/21 was so nice and bubbly.i was having a really bad morning and thought my bus wasn't going to show up, it did and left while i got coffee lol. Her just talking and joking about how i must like caramel really made my day. I hope she sees this and knows that she made what would have been a really boring day a bit better. Other than that the place was lovely welcoming and clean, id definitely recommend.

The Costa Coffee bus station used to be friendly, warm welcome. Since things have slightly changed the coffee and the tea is NOT HOT as it used to be. Went in the other day and it was so SLOW. It used to be a little faster than that. Unfortunately, won't be visiting Costa bus station again I'm afraid. Not as clean or tidy as it was ages ago either. 👍 Just stating a honest opinion. Sorry guys. 👍 I understand you can go as fast as you can go because it's hot contents. But my goodness it has NEVER been that slow. Hardly any staff on shop floor with a que upto the door almost👀😬
