Starbucks Coffee

Went there for a quick breakfast and only 3 people where in, all of them already been served, some queuing at the drive through, despite this and being 4 staff, the service was slow.
Gave me the coffees that I've ordered and forgot about the cakes. When I mentioned that we were missing our food, one of them replied that they were too busy, no smile or apology, just turned the shoulders back at me.
Won't be going back there, will be going to Costa next door.

Staff don't know how to make a coffee correctly. always go there but standards have dropped.

Always go every weekend with a friend to grab a drink from the drive through, it is card/app payments only which is only downfall if you only have cash but we make it work

The coffee was great here and very enjoyable. The staff were friendly. Service was good and service fast. Great place to meet for catch up.

Came in to enjoy a coffee with my family to be served take out cups after being asked if we were sitting in or taking away. When asked the member staff her reply was "did you want a cup" that's the whole experience of sitting in. This has happened on another occasion.

Very friendly staff and its always very clean when I visit, I like the selection of sandwiches and cakes they have for vegans,

I had a caramel macchiato and it was lovely, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The service was good and quick. It wasn't too busy and I enjoyed my coffee while chatting with a friend. I usually use the drive through so this was a new experience and it was a pleasant one too.
